• Sequel Difficulty Drop: In the original game, all monsters from Orrorsh had to suffer their "true death", meaning they had to be killed in a specific way, or they'd just respawn eventually. One of the mercies Eternity granted is that now that rule only applies to Nightmares, or the deadliest monsters in that reality. Such as the Gaunt Man's personal lieutenants.
