The Un Twist: Chapter 95 presents the identity of Hanako's Yorishiro as The Reveal. However, Tsukasa has been wearing a Yorishiro seal the entire time and fits more bills the more is explained about Yorishiro's mechanics. The comments express that the bigger mystery is how nobody has questioned it until then, or if there's still more to it.
Nene has slowly become this, with her almost dying multiple times, limited life span, losing her best friend Aoi, and having Hanako disappear right in front of her, it really makes you want to give her a hug.
