YMMV / Tigtone

Go To

  • Awesome Music: The show matches its epic, large-scale fantasy situations with an equally grandoise orchestral-like tunes. It's telling that they made the entire soundtrack available online.
    • Special mention goes to Tigtone Unleashed. When this plays, you know Tigtone is about to do something truly incredible
    • The main score of "Tigtone and his Manless Match" is also pretty great. Matching the suprisingly sweet tone of the episode with an almost ethereal-like, uplifting theme.
  • Bizarro Episode: "Tigtone and Lord Festus: Credible Threat" is bizarre even by this show's standards. Instead of the typical quest, this episode is effectively one long, epic duel between Tigtone and Festus (as they are surprisingly matched) that spans across his entire kingdom and castle. It even has No Ending as the duel keeps on going after the credits.
  • Crosses the Line Twice: In "The Begun of Tigtone" (the early 2014 pilot), Tigtone murdering a girl out of nowhere, shocking. Tigtone then putting the girl's corpse on a cooking spit, horrifying. The entire town including the priest, praising Tigtone for it? Hilarious.note
  • Growing the Beard: Most fans seem to agree that "Tigtone and Those Elemental Kings" is when the show begins to reach its full potential. Showing the audience just how absurd and absolutely insane the show can get, Tigtone becoming (slightly) less sociopathic, and relying not as much on just DnD jokes.
  • Moment of Awesome: In “Tigtone and the Demon Maze”, Tigtone and Helpy has had enough of the demon’s Thou Shalt Not Kill maze and thus, rig the maze so that the demon ends up trapped in a never ending loop of forced suicide.
