• Moe:
  • Hopparoo, an energetic bunny who loves hopping around and having fun.
  • Lopsiloo, a small snail who is quite sweet and cheerful.
• Sweetness Aversion: Whatever the land inside the clock is called, it's cutesy and sweet, if not for Tommy and Tallulah rushing to fix up whatever mess the plot throws at them and then rushing to the next Chime Time. Adding to that is that the first 20 seconds of the opening theme sounds like a sweet little lullaby.
• Tear Jerker: In "Visiting Time," Hopparoo's cousin, Bopparoo, comes over to visit, and everyone likes him and proceed to non-maliciously neglect Hopparoo. When he hears them call Bopparoo the best bunny ever, he cries over it and even wants to leave town out of the belief that they don't love him anymore. It's very sad to see.
