- The Scrappy: Weepy Smurf, even more so than Brainy and Nosey Smurf. Although we do feel bad for him, his voice is incredibly annoying to listen to and crying is his only character trait. His voice actress, Mona Marshall doesn't help matters any. His character was abandoned shortly after appearing in a few more episodes.
