  • In the Latin American Spanish dub, during the whole Care Bears hallucination, when Homer ask about the bear being a Care Bear, the response is different, as "I'm a intensive Care Bear" part was replaced with "I have yer lil' care right 'ere."^note Aqui tengo tu cariñito, in Spanish., while the bear speaking in an over-the-top Mexico City accent.
  • The same happens in the European Spanish one, with the "I'm a intensive Care Bear" part replaced with "(I'm) a really lovely bear" instead.^note Un oso tremendamente amoroso in Spanish.
