• Hilarious in Hindsight: The "Itchy & Scratchy" short "The Tears of a Clone" has Itchy missing Scratchy so much that he resurrects and kills him again and again. This would also be the premise of the "Treehouse of Horror XXVI" segment "Wanted: Dead, Then Alive", where Sideshow Bob does this to Bart.
• Memetic Mutation: "Feels like I'm wearin'... nothin' at all... nothin' at all... nothin' at all!" Heck, this episode is the Trope Namer for Stupid Sexy Flanders.
• Woolseyism: The "say it in snowboard" for going to the bathroom was changed in the Latin American translation from Bart using Totally Radical slang as Otto wishes ("I gotta blast a dookie") to Bart repeating himself but adding "…snowboard" at the end, which helps make Otto look even more dumb.
