• Complete Monster: Alison starts out as the head of a drug mafia, before becoming a petty monster after getting his hands on a suit machine. Having already slaughtered the scientists who created it for not selling it to him, he soon opens up a restaurant to act as a front for his criminal deeds. A horrifically awful boss, anyone caught slacking would be sent to slave labor, being forced to worship a torture suit under the threat of being stuffed into a torture suit and brutally killed. Alison also has a trio of animatronics slaughter any lazy slaves, themselves springlock victims tricked by Alison. Gaining a grudge against Gron for sabotaging his operation, Alison purposely slams his car into Gron's family car as revenge, sending the family to the hospital, where he shortly has a hitman kill Gron's wife in front of him, and years later would kill his eldest son in cold blood. Eventually, hacking into the government laboratory he raided, Alison has the helpless animatronics attack the guard, with the place eventually blowing up, taking years of research with it. Being responsible for the events of the series, Alison was a petty crook with a lust for power.
• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • The second game takes place in Fredbear's Family Diner in 1987. Cut to Five Nights at Freddy's 4, which focuses on Fredbear's Family Diner - and a bite that was originally thought to be the Bite of '87.
  • The Torture Suits from The Return to Freddy’s 5 are designed to kill the wearer. Come the 2023 movie, there’s a Freddy-themed torture device that nearly kills Mike Schmidt
  • The Concept of Mike Schmidt visiting an abandoned Freddy's location years after service in The Return to Freddy's 1 predicts the scenario of the 2023 movie.
• Narm: The Night 5 minigame in TRTF4 features a death scene that comes off as almost Slapstick, to the point where it wouldn't be too out of place in a parody of FNAF, or something like Five Nights at Fuckboy's or Dayshift at Freddy's. Gron randomly trips on a bar of soap, slides directly into the Golden Lockjaw suit and somehow wears it perfectly, then dies when the suit goes off a second later as Vincent watches. It's... hard to take seriously.
• Overshadowed by Controversy: Beyond the Broken Base, it seems that most of the community will remember the series' development and meta more than anything else.
