  • Ed and Kelly ruminating over how Union values might be struggling to deal with Moclan values. The very next episode, they'd have to deal with Kaylon values, which put the Moclan to shame.
  • Locar's plight is this by itself, since later events reveal that there could be plenty of females for Locar on his home planet, had his race not been so deeply misogynistic.
