• Epileptic Trees: The title of this episode being “The Spies” set off a flurry of theories that there were double agents among the heroes secretly working for Gideon. Among the main candidates were the Armorer and Axe Woves due to both characters being absent when the Dark Troopers attacked. Ultimately however, the next episode did not reveal any traitors. It’s possible the title simply referred to the heroes scouting the surface of Mandalore ^note Which can be seen as a Biblical reference to the Exodus, when Moses sent 'spies' from each tribe to scout the new land, or perhaps to Elias Kane reporting to Gideon (though she would only be a singular spy) along with the Shadow Council (who are spying on everyone).
