YMMV / The Loud House S 7 E 6 Bringing Down The House Mountain Hard Pass

Go To

  • Alternative Character Interpretation: Was Bosley being serious about the White House having a dungeon for rulebreakers, or, given there’s no real indication that it exists, did he just make it up to scare the Louds?
    • Also, the receptionist who assures the Louds that the dungeon is in fact real. Was she telling the Louds the truth, or was she also making it up? And if she was making it up, was she doing so for the sake of bolstering Bosley’s ego (perhaps out of pity), or was she simply trying to troll the Louds?
  • Designated Villain: Bosley Bullsworth may be a Small Name, Big Ego type who takes his job way too seriously, but he's only trying to enforce the rules and make sure the President's birthday party goes smoothly, and the Louds did legitimately do damage to the White House, making his behavior seem justified. The episode tries to paint him as the bad guy by having him threaten to have the Louds locked up in the White House's dungeon, but, as stated above, since we never actually see said dungeon, for all we know the Bulldog just made it up to scare the Louds into following the rules, and the receptionist was in on it. However, if it is real and it’s being done with the President’s approval, wouldn’t that make him the bad guy as well as the Bulldog?
  • Spoiled by the Format: By the time the Louds are starting to leave the white house, it's obvious that at least one of them will do something wrong because we're not even half way through the episode yet.
