YMMV / The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest

  • Last Lousy Point: To beat the game one hundred percent, you need to get all the artifacts, pick up all the Fellowship Tokens, find all the Lore Items and complete all the side quests. Unfortunately, if you're counting all the stall games in the present-day Shire as side quests, then this trope would apply because one of them is That One Sidequest - the horse-riding stall.
  • Porting Disaster: The game was originally developed for the Wii, then delayed after it was realized that the game's motion controls could also be implemented for the PlayStation 3's Move controller. TT Fusion was commissioned to port the game to the PlayStation 3, but it was a rushed job to say the least, with reviewers criticizing the port's jumpy framerates, un-optimized graphics and failure to fully take advantage of the Move's controls.
  • That One Sidequest: The present-day Shire has a couple:
    • The horse-riding stall. The goal of that stall is to knock down all targets within a time limit amounting to less than one minute, with more targets to hit and several seconds less to work with as the difficulty increases. You need to find out how to master the horse controls and become skilled at pointing the analog stick in such a direction that you can knock down targets all in a row - AND figure out which targets to knock down first so that you'll have enough time to knock down all of them.
    • Level 3 of the sword stall can be quite tough because you have a VERY short time limit to hit all the targets in the correct directions indicated.
    • The treasure hunts and the mushroom-picking side quest can become this because the items you need to find are scattered all across the map and its different areas (Mushroom Woods, Bywater and more), and as you find the items, the harder the remaining ones are to find. You might need to look up a cheat map to find them all.
