• Spiritual Adaptation: While Night of the Living Dead did come out a few years earlier this film touches on the issues in England rather than America. Police brutality, war on drugs, disdain for the younger generation, and all with a coat of zombies. Many have considered this England’s Night of the Living Dead.
• Visual Effects of Awesome: The zombie effects are very convincing. To the point where they are far more detailed than one would think. Special mention goes to the stapled zombie for all the viscera and detail in his design.
