YMMV / The Library of Babel

Go To

  • Harsher in Hindsight: The main problem with the Library is, while it contains all information and knowledge that could ever exist, but the inhabitants have no way of knowing what books are true or not. In the age of the internet, there is a similar problem, in that while practically every piece of knowledge humankind has ever figured out is available online somewhere, there is just as much (if not more) untrue "information", and a lot of people can't sort out what is true or not.
