• Americans Hate Tingle: While he's beloved in his homeland, most North American and European smart marks hated him for being barely able to move.
• Fashion-Victim Villain: His wrestling attire as part of Team 2000. Instead of black pants and boots like he wore everywhere else, he went out clad in dark purple pants and big white sneakers.
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: He is naturally loved in his native India.
• Never Live It Down: An opponent he killed with a body slam. He might have actually done this more than once, but in one case he was deemed innocent and did live it down. In All Pro Wrestling, however, the promoter had to pay one million dollars (which would usually put an independent promotion out of business but APW endured in spite of the controversy and debt).
