• Catharsis Factor: On a meta level, seeing the episode start with Barry gathering the whole team together so he can tell them the fucking truth and cut off the show's usual weeks of drama milking over some pointless deception is much appreciated.
• Squick: Block's victim getting crushed by her shield. We are actually saved from the sight (aside from some sickening crunch noises), but then when CCPD visits the crime scene, Nora almost laid her hands on a cube of flesh. Oh, and Barry nearly suffers the same fate later.
