• Harsher in Hindsight: Technically, Lex Luthor is unlawfully extradited by Supergirl (unless she was given official permission off-panel), but nobody brings it up because nobody cares. Nearly fifty years later, Supergirl gets Reactron unlawfully extradited to Kandor in The Hunt for Reactron, and Lex takes the chance to turn him into a human bomb which obliterates the whole city.
• It Was His Sled: Comic fans remember this story precisely for its "Lex Luthor killed Superman after pretending to be his friend" twist.
