• Complete Monster: Greg Toberen is a Serial Killer terrorizing the city, believing himself to be creating a harem of women for when he enters the afterlife. He stalks his victims for long periods of time before killing them, and keeping Polaroids in a house. Toberen murdered the fiancé—the Player Character—of one of his intended victims when he got in the way of his target, and burned his own house down with his wife—who becomes the fiery church ghost—in it when she discovered his secret. At the end, he attempts to kill his previously intended victim.
