• Epileptic Trees: This video provides a possible theory for how the origin story given for the Daleks here can coexist with the origin depicted in the TV serial "Genesis of the Daleks", suggesting that the blue humanoid Daleks seen at the start were really a group of mutated Kaleds who emerged after the fall of Kaled civilization and chose to rename themselves after the ancient Dals, and that Yarvelling's Dalek war machine casing was really based of schematics devised by Davros.
• Evil Is Cool: The comic was made to cash in on "Dalekmania" and depicts the Daleks in all of their fearsome, conquering, and exterminating glory.
