• Awesome Moment: At one point in the film, M. Marin loses his temper and calls two of his female students skanks. (He's embarrassed by the lapse and tries to talk his way out of it, but the damage is done.) Later, one of them impresses him by telling him she's read Plato's Republic.
  Marin: That's quite good, that you read that.
  Esmerelda: Yeah, I know. It's not a book for skanks, huh?^note The look on Marin's face is priceless
