Angst? What Angst?: Johnny and Kristen get over the deaths of their respective parents rather quickly. In fact, it seemed like Johnny wasn't so much disturbed by his parents' deaths than he is by the fact that they won't be able to feed him anymore.
Crosses the Line Twice: Kristen ribs Ali by saying her legs are harder to close than the JonBenet Ramsey case.
Ho Yay: Darren and Billy are described as best friends, but the way they act still makes them come off as a gay couple.
Moral Event Horizon: Turkie crosses it by forcing a man to call his daughter before killing him.
So Bad, It's Good: Yes, a horror film where the monster is a talking turkey does sound pretty ridiculous, but damn if this movie isn't so hilariously cheesy and stupid.
So Bad, It Was Better: Many fans find ThanksKilling 3 to be unwatchable compared to the first film. While the original was clearly a self-aware, campyB-Movie, the sequel goes so over-the-top on the meta aspect, the sudden Genre Shift from supernatural horror to action-comedy, and having half the characters be puppets in contrast to the first film where it was only the turkey, that many find it to just be a self-aggrandizing waste of time.
Special Effect Failure: The CG when the turkey shoots the motorist in the head, and when he throws Bill's head through the air.
Squick: Darren's constantly running nose, the sheriff drinking coffee his wife shat in, and Feathercloud having a rather serious case of man boobs.
Unintentionally Sympathetic: Ali is written as a vapid slut, but she doesn't seem like that bad a person despite her ditziness and promiscuity and the way she dies is downright horrible.
