• Crazy Is Cool: Jerry, the ex-Mathematist. It's when he screams "Let's do this! I'm not afraid to die!" and tries to make Ben shoot him that he really lets it show.
• Tear Jerker: The entirety of "Happy Halloween from the Gas Station", as we get introduced to a cast of funny, interesting, and lovable characters, with the exception of Owen, who all end up being killed off one after the other, with Jack even being forced to kill Lucy at the very end.
• The Woobie: Jack, full stop. He's slowly dying from Fatal Insomnia, he's missing a leg as a result of infection, any possibility he could have had at a relationship with Rosa were dashed due to him not understanding her clear interest in him and as a result of his degrading mental health, he's totally apathetic to it all.
