• Hilarious in Hindsight: One of the criticisms spouted by proponents of the Post-Crisis Superman reboot is Pre-Crisis Krypton allegedly looking too much like a 20th century America where everybody wears gaudy costumes and lives in metal spires. Nonetheless, Post-Crisis stories like this one-shot ended featuring Kryptonians having English-sounding names, wearing Earth-looking clothes and practicing Earth sports without the lore and cultural nuances which made Pre-Crisis Krypton feel truly alien.
