• Complete Monster: The Bastard, real name Christopher Matts, was, before his retirement, the world's most feared supervillain with the power to psychically blow up a person's head. The Bastard took revenge on a con artist named Danny Dubrovny for scamming him by murdering everyone he cares for or matters to him with his psychic abilities. Having massacred over 241 people, he finally murders Danny's girlfriend and sparing him solely to suffer from living. The Bastard captures Kasey to interrogate her, and attempts to kill her to spite her boyfriend and to demonstrate his power and reputation. After being outwitted by the titular gang, The Bastard would go back to his old business to kill off his former right-hand man and his goons thinking they're the ones who robbed him.
• Magnificent Bastard: Johnny Bolt is a thief and a supervillain, seeking to help his former mentor The Heat/Carmine out of debt to a gang of supervillain by organizing a heist. Deciding to take the heist in Spain where there's no superheroes, Johnny assembles a crew of fellow supervillains while blackmailing the superhero named Gladiator to be part of his scheme. Revealing that he plans to rob The Bastard of his treasures, Johnny leads the heist taking down several guards while cleverly utilizing the powers of his crew to find the Space-Case: all while taking down the corrupt former superhero and The Bastard's bodyguard. The Praetorian. Outsmarting The Bastard and succeeding in stealing the money, Johnny and his crew ends the series using the wealth they stolen to live their happy lives. But not before incriminating the gang of supervillains of the theft which just to keep The Bastard from tracking them down.
