- Hilarious in Hindsight: In an episode where Donald Trump guest stars as one of Jack's poker buddies, Todd, Luis & Vicki pitch their prospective magazine "Skazzy" to him with him on the cover and the headline says, "Our next president?"
- Mis-blamed: People blame shows like Suddenly Susan for bringing Must See TV to an end in the early 00s, but in reality, the show was hugely successful, it was just with shows like Friends, Seinfeld, and Will & Grace ending, the flagship shows of Must See TV, things were going to have to change. Suddenly Susan had nothing to do with the demise of Must See TV, and in fact was one of the most successful shows on TV at one point.
- Periphery Demographic: Doubles as Just Here for Godzilla, the primary demographic was young women in their 20s and 30s, but there were a lot of men (and teenage boys) who watched because of a longstanding crush on Brooke Shields. Downplayed because although there was a slight skew towards female viewers, it wasn't female targeted in the way that Sex and the City was.
