• Fan Nickname: Thanks to Markiplier, Nyanlathotep will forever be lovingly called Big Lady Nyan by fans.
• Fridge Horror: Consider Buck's plan in Date to Die For. He wants to torture Rohk'zan until she wakes up screaming loud enough to wake up the Eternal Sleeper, resulting in the erasure of everything, or failing that, invade the dreams of the other eldritch gods to do the same there. In particular, Nyanlathotep is stated to be a rather valuable target for him to torment due to how close she is to the Eternal Sleeper, to the point where he wins if Nyanlathotep captures him. With that in mind, consider Nyanlathotep's ending in First Date where she starts having nightmares about D, and you'll realize D might accidently accomplish Buck's goal.
• Popular with Furries: The game has started to pick up some popularity with the Furry fandom (and the sometimes tangentially related "Monster Fucker" fans), thanks to the Cute Monster Girls. L'neta had some fans from the introduction of the game in the second Dread X Collection. But things really picked up with the introduction of Nyanlathotep, a very tall and very curvy Egyptian-themed Cat Girl with a Silver Fox vibe to her. Especially considering she has similrities with Ankha.
