  • Ascended Fanon: The "Castle" head on the second Snowfield stage seems to be a modified version of a fan-made head of the same name from the Fan-Ball wiki, a Dan-Ball fan community.
    • Same for the "Copter" species in the mountain and snowfield, except in this case it's exactly the same.
  • Boring, but Practical: Kiting with the Sniper's Poison Arrow.
  • Complacent Gaming Syndrome: You'd be hard pressed to find anybody who doesn't put a good chunk of the level up stat points into the Boxer's LP (Health) in order to make him a good tank.
  • Demonic Spiders: Many enemies can be this regardless of the classes the player has. After some more grinding, however, they may become mere Goddamned Bats, or even less.
  • Good Bad Bugs: Some enemies are designed so resistant to certain weapons types that they take only 1 damage per hit from them, so it's impossible to deal more than Scratch Damage to them with those weapons, right? Wrong - the way damage is calculated for these enemies is reducing the damage they take from their resistance (for example, a thunder-resistant enemy being hit by a thunder attack/weapon) by 9,999 or 99,999 damage, and if the damage they take is 0 or lower, they take 1 damage. In other words, if you can't deal more than 10,000 damage in one hit, you're guaranteed to only deal 1 damage to them. However, you can deal more than 10,000 or 100,000 damage respectively in a single hit with the right loadouts. For example, at a high enough level, using 3 Priests fully invested in STR and a Gunner using a missile with attack-boosting crystals and critical cards can deal more than 200,000 physical damage in one go. This will deal enough damage to almost certainly one-shot practically any enemy, and at least heavily damage even the most resistant enemies.
