• Awesome Music: Garnet's song "Stronger Than You" is often considered among the best, if not the best, song of the show. Probably helps that Garnet is voiced by an actual singer, Estelle.
  • In fact, it's so popular it has made a few Filk Songs! (although that last one is a Dark Reprise)
• Fanfic Fuel: Or rather, filk fuel. Quite a few fans have stated that they expected Peridot to become A Wild Rapper Appears! for "Stronger Than You" when she shouted "Don't touch that!" perfectly on the beat. Like so.
• I Knew It!: Quite a few fans correctly predicted that Garnet would be revealed to be a Fusion of Ruby and Sapphire.
• It's Short, So It Sucks!: You'll be hard-pressed to find a fan who actually doesn't like "Stronger Than You," but some still argue that its taking up a third of the episode's running time leaves other aspects of the quite big story feeling shortchanged.
• Signature Scene: Whenever people think of this episode, "Stronger Than You" is guaranteed to come to mind.
