- Unintentionally Unsympathetic: After Pearl spends the whole episode being unusually condescending and borderline Gaslighting Steven over her denial that Homeworld could be coming back to Earth, for some reason it's Garnet who ends up apologizing while she never makes her own amends, something that some fans still have trouble getting over.
