• The Woobie: Al frequently suffers an unfair amount of abuse – in particular Amusing Injuries at the unwitting hands of Stath (a bloody nose, broken fingers, etc.) – but nevertheless remains his friend (and an authentically kind person). Once every episode, this mistreatment eventually causes Al to lash out in frustration, but you can hardly blame him.
