- Hilarious in Hindsight: Klingon Honor Guard was the second game to use the Unreal Engine 1, which soon became massively popular for third party developers. A few years later, Star Trek: Elite Force, another Star Trek FPS game, became the second game to utilize id Tech 3, which also became popular as a game engine.
