• Heartwarming in Hindsight: Trip wonders if history will remember the crew, though T'Pol thinks they will be and Archer is humble about the whole thing. It's something of an acknowledgment that Enterprise couldn't be referenced by the preceding entries in the franchise since it was produced after the fact. Years later, the Kelvin timeline's movies and the Discovery era's shows have plenty of references to demonstrate the NX-01 is remembered, with Picard even establishing that the anniversary of the crew's first mission is a Federation holiday (Frontier Day).
• Strawman Has a Point: Regardless of the lengths Terra Prime is willing to go to in order to achieve their goals, they do have a point that the Xindi haven't officially apologized or provided reparations for the attack.
