Jerkass Woobie: Mr. Krabs. Yes, he was being greedy trying to get Patrick to pay for hundreds of Krabby Patties (it's never indicated that Patrick actually ordered that many Krabby Patties, it's most likely that Patrick only wanted one but Mr. Krabs gave him a skyscraper-high pyramid of patties just so he'd have to pony up more) but he probably didn't deserve getting his restaurant and all his money destroyed in the process.
Unintentionally Sympathetic: All Mr. Krabs wanted in "Pat No Pay" was to be paid for his merchandise. He doesn't do anything illegal or overly villainous, and his forcing Patrick to work off his debt is completely justified.
