• Funny Moments: Max's reaction to when Sparky is still playing magnificently, supposedly on a different piano than his original. May possibly the funniest reaction from a Mel Blanc character ever.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: Eight years after this cartoon came out, an animated TV series wherin a spoiled, egotistical boy tried to cheat at a piano recital by only pretending to play while the Animate Inanimate Object piano actually played itself aired- only this time, that boy grew up to become an insane dictator who banned all music and the piano became the leader of La Résistance.
