• Harsher in Hindsight: After a series of public shootings with semi-automatic rifles, pro-gun advocates tried to push back the anti-gun lobbyists with PR stunts that mirror that of the gun show in this episode, namely for 2021 Christmas photos... where even their underage children had AR-15 rifles. A real Face Palm kinda of thing...
• He's Just Hiding: There are many fans who don't believe that Leslie is permanently dead and will come back to life in later seasons and become a Distaff Counterpart to Kenny.
• Moral Event Horizon: Nathan is willing to sell out the entire human race to the Ads just so he can have power to reign over the new South Park as he pleases.
• Strawman Has a Point: After a season of being mocked, PC Principal gives out a speech that he'll continue to fight for social justice while also fighting against those attempting to use it for their own ends. This speech is more or less portrayed in the right.
