YMMV / South Park S16 E6 "I Should Have Never Gone Ziplining"

• Nausea Fuel: Thanks to Cartman's diet of fast food and Mountain Dew, he spends the entire episode farting nonstop, as well as shitting his pants after a case of "Stage 4 Diarrhea", and eventually shits over the side of the boat in live-action. That would be disgusting enough, but the narrator goes into great detail about this, combined with an inside look into Cartman's digestive system, making it that much worse. The episode ends with Kyle having to go to the hospital to get Cartman's fecal matter removed from his nose (since Cartman's farts were so potent that they had literal shit particles in them).
