• Bizarro Episode: The episode takes place inside the Mirror Pad, without any previous indication that it had this Wild Lesson Mode, and the Cures (sans Ageha, for the most part) are all subject to silly slapstick. Additionally, Pinkton has never appeared before, and has never appeared since, and there was never a hint beforehand that she existed. In tone, this episode is more in line with zany comedies like SpongeBob SquarePants than the rest of the season.
• Fridge Brilliance: Back in Episode 7, Yoyo used the Mirror Pad to show Elle-chan stories, hence why in this episode, Elle thinks the Mirror Pad is a toy.
• Funny Moments: Sora's various attempts to do makeup, which includes her using lipstick while completely missing her lips, and putting makeup on her eyebrows.
