- Hilarious in Hindsight: This wouldn't be the last time John Hannah played a key role in an alternate universe story — how do we know that the reality in which Helen caught the train and met James wasn't actually the Framework?
- Narm: Lydia leaving Gerry in one of the timelines: "It's over! Again!"
- Tear Jerker: Helen's death in the timeline where she made the train.
- Also, the fact that in both timelines she lost the baby.
