• Diagnosed by the Audience: While not stated outright in canon, Natalia may have Asperger's Syndrome due to her occasional lack of eye contact, and (although downplayed and she isn't too Literal-Minded, No Social Skills), plus her single-minded focus on an issue but not to Single-Issue Wonk proportions and an occasionally flat tone to her voice. But it's never outright stated on-screen.
• Uncertain Audience: In the United Kingdom, it was this at first, because it was in a sort of gray area between comedy-drama and Darker and Edgier, and it fell between two stools - it wasn't comic enough to be a comedy-drama but it was a bit light, although not too fluffy, to be seen as a serious drama itself. However, due to critics' reviews, it got past this factor, with the audience wanting a second series, essentially subverting this trope.
