YMMV / Santa's Slay

• Awesome Music: The cover of "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" by The Gore Gore Girls that plays during the title sequence.
• Cult Classic: The film was ignored when it was first released, but has built a following over the years due to reviews of it on YouTube, and fans of Goldberg being curious enough to seek the movie out.
• Evil Is Cool: Santa is the spawn of Satan, rides a sleigh powered by a loyal Helldeer, is a musclebound brawler, and goes around killing a large number of Jerkasses. Who in the audience isn't rooting for the guy?
• Just Here for Godzilla: Bill Goldberg is easily the biggest draw for this movie. He's clearly having a grand old time playing an Evil Is Cool Santa.
• Narm Charm: The film clearly wasn't meant to be taken all that seriously. It's cheesy, silly and crazy in every way you can expect a movie about a murderous Santa could be, but if you go into this movie with this mindset, it's actually a very fun watch.
• One-Scene Wonder: Tiny Lister as the gas station attendant.
• Special Effects Failure: When Santa gets rid of his jacket late in the movie and wears a tank top, Goldberg's very distinct tattoo on his left shoulder is still visible despite the makeup team painting over it.
