YMMV / Sanguine Kindness

• Audience-Alienating Premise: Its a story where Fluttershy dies, comes back as a vampire, and proceeds to massacre the majority of the cast of the show in a gruesome fashion. Tons of beloved and fanfavorite characters, even main ones, die horrible deaths(either due to the vampires or the ensuring zombie invasion)s; not even children are spared. Combine that with an overall bleak and emotionally devastating tone and its no surprise many would prefer to avoid this story.
• Angst Aversion: Considering the story involves many of the beloved characters of MLP suffering gorey, horrible deaths at one point or the other, as well as mountains' worth of sadness, angst, and despair, one can be forgiven for avoiding this story. It's most definitely not for the faint of heart.
