- Unexpected Character: Emperor Great Degwin is based off of Degwin Sodo Zabi, a major antagonist of Mobile Suit Gundam. That's all fine and dandy, but then later in the story he fuses with Evil Beast Elemental Rafflesia to become Evil Demon Beast Giga Salamander, based off of the titular mech from the obscure Shoot 'Em Up Mobile Suit SD Gundam: Psyco Salamander no Kyoi.
