- Big-Lipped Alligator Moment:
- (Ironic, no?) After P.J. steals a stroller, we're treated to a random scene where Dennis lectures an employee for harassing female workers. Said employee is dressed head-to-toe in a dinosaur outfit with warrior clothes and a sword. Why the employee doesn't at least have his mask removed is unclear. Afterwards, Dennis speaks with the Dark Ninja, and the previous moment isn't mentioned again.
- The final scene is just a silent shot of the carnival owner with the gator's head. With zero context or explanation.
- Funny Moments: It could just be a case of Bad "Bad Acting", but it's amusing when Mr. Dennis gets his tie stuck in his desk drawer and chokes, P.J. has a complete deadpan expression as she nabs the gator and runs.
- I Am Not Shazam: The gator's name is not "Roller Gator". Generally, he's referred to simply as "the talking gator", or, by P.J. "Baby Gator" (which he hates, incidentally).
- So Bad, It's Good: The movie is horrendously cheap-looking, but what helps is the film doesn't take itself too seriously. Overall, the filmmakers seemed aware their film wasn't gold-standard, and just had fun with it.
- Special Effect Failure: The gator puppet.
- Viewer Gender Confusion: It's not clear at all that the ninja trying to catch the talking gator is female, at least not at first. Somehow though, P.J. automatically knows the ninja is a woman.
