• Hilarious in Hindsight: With Rocko and Heifer on a day time talk show hosted by a woman named Nosey, it would be fair to think this was a parody of The Rosie O'Donnell Show, except this episode premiered half a year before that show.
• Informed Wrongness: Virginia calls out Rocko and Heffer for letting one argument ruin their friendship, and tells the two to just apologize. The thing is that Rocko does have grounds to be angry at Heffer due to his supposed friend not only forgetting his birthday but by giving him a horrible gift made at the very last second in Rocko's bathroom. Heffer's narration even makes it obvious he knows he fucked up and just doesn't want to admit it, compounded with all the other times Heffer proved he's not a very good friend to Rocko. If anything, Virginia should've called Heffer out on taking his best friend for granted.
