• Game-Breaker: While not as broken as in the original game, it's possible to use a Slayer's Glove to equip two Lightsabers (get a free one in the World of Balance and earn another in the Coliseum), with the Divine Gift relic on a high-HP character to deal 40-60,000 damage per turn as the Divine Gift only allows 2-3 attacks per turn instead of a guaranteed 4.
• Narm:
  • Most of the custom sprite work done for the game is fantastic, but Aurora's esper form makes her look more like a Moogle crossed with a Gargoyle than a powerful, yet beautiful entity.
  • Cid's death and Celes's Driven to Suicide moment are among the most impactful scenes in the original game. In this version, it's almost impossible to take seriously when recalling that Cid is replaced by Professor Oak.
