Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: Victairn's attempt at mutiny: it's completely out-of-character, is resolved ridiculously easy, is never brought up again, and isn't even noticed by most of the characters (Just Garjen, and even he only really seemed mildly perturbed.)
"victairn then puld out a gun and shot evryone"
Ensemble Dark Horse: Donald and Bartan. Two seemingly random thugs who were popular enough to be brought back twice and then tragically killed off.
Moral Event Horizon: MANY of the RP's villains have a tendancy to catapult way the fuck beyond the aforementioned horizon: Master is a rapist, L'Enfer killed Triana by burning her alive, Rahvid likes to giggle and joke while skinning and otherwise torturing people with knives, and Ilani hunts, rapes and strangles innocents.
Even by Rahvid's standards, slitting the throat of Fatima, an eight year old is still an ultimate act of evil.
The Manipulator proved willing to destroy entire cities just to try and kill a troublesome group of enemies, and Dobe claims that the Manipulator has destroyed planets as well.
The Scrappy: Rahvid. He pretty much ran out of good material after the first couple threads, and even his own writer started to get sick of this discount Joker after a while.
Rescued from the Scrappy Heap: ...Until he managed to become legitimately scary again in his final few scenes by gleefully dancing over the Moral Event Horizon. (See Would Hurt A Child on his character page.)
Squick: Ilani's method of subduing Letanya for capture, choking her out on her own vomit, definitely qualifies.
