- Alternate Character Interpretation: Taien. Is he actually a nice guy trying to make amends for what he did thirteen years ago? Or is it as Gihu accuses of him-that Taien has not changed at all, and that his complicity through ignorance still renders him guilty?
- The Woobie: Poor, poor Gahui.
- Gihu doesn’t have better luck either, and because of his actions throughout the manhwa, he’s considered a Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds.
