- Alternative Character Interpretation: Was Bram Thronmane really denied a rank within the Ace-Ops due to his semblance not being strong enough, or was it because Ironwood saw though his unstable personality. Considering the lengths he went though to get revenge on Ironwood, creating a conspiracy, orchestrating Grimm attacks across the kingdom, manipulating well meaning individuals into commit unethical acts, and betraying and lying to all his allies, it’s most likely the latter.
- Harsher in Hindsight: Seeing Ironwood and the Ace-Ops being on good terms with Team RWBY as well as seeing Penny again can lead to this especially when one knows what happens in the last part of Volume 7 and Volume 8. Especially given that Yang's comment to the Ace-Ops being that they're "Just Following Orders" can easily apply to them squashing a rebellion. It also serves as Nice Job Breaking It, Hero since they took out people who would have been allies in their resistance against Ironwood, especially since one of them was a union leader for Mantle.
- So Okay, It's Average: Fans consider the game to be acceptable, but nothing stand-out or special.
