• Complete Monster: The Governor of Marv is the corrupt leader of the city of Marv in 13th Century AD, who does everything he can to stay in power. Hearing about the prophecy of a child who will one day overthrow him, the Governor ordered his guards to collect every infant born on that fateful day, after which he had them all killed and buried in a pit. When the rebellion started to rise up against him, the Governor orders them all captured and mutilated in public, solely to instill fear in the populace.
