• Broken Base: The base is SO broken that pop music fans might get jealous.
  • The more powerful weapons, like the Magic Bow or the Gatling weapons. Some people see them as stupid weapons capable of wiping out a team, whereas another side comes back at them, claiming that with a good counter strategy, they become normal weapons, and claim the weapons will be made useless by updates nerfing them and adding cheaper powerful weapons.
  • Newbie. Not the character himself, who is well-liked, but him murdering the army can be this. Some feel it changes him to a far more badass, well-written character, and some feel that the fact the characters just ignore it removes part of the Player Punch of the moment.
  • The extremely low amount of coins you get from doing missions, as some feel it adds a layer of necessary difficulty, whereas some think that it is forcing players to spend real money.
• Evil Is Cool: The Bug, The Wizard, and Slender Man. Played to its maximum potential with Newbie, though.
• Good Bad Bugs: There is a glitch in the parkour minigame where you could skip most of the course by landing on the first jumppad in a very specific way,causing you to bounce high enough to get to the late part of the parkour that is placed near it. Players used this glitch to farm large amount of in-game currency.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: The Scary Pizzeria was an entire reference to the Five Nights at Freddy's series, and in addition to animatronics that looked similar to the main animatronics at ther time, there were also animatronics based on new animals such as Alligators and Hippos. Animatronics based on both of these animals were eventually added to the FNAF series.
• Moral Event Horizon:
  • Newbie killing the soldiers who come for him and not even commenting.
  • The Bug hits it when he decides to morph all the world into pixels.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • The hospital level has blood all over, introduces the demon enemy, has infected employees and patients, which presumably infected the employees.
  • School is creepy, with fast zombies, faceless zombie nurses, and pyramid head minions. Pyramid Head is also the boss. Well, was.
  • Forest has zombie bears coming after you, along with Slender Man-demon combinations. Zombie Slender Man is the final boss, and he has blood on his hands, implying he killed most of the people. And when you spawn there's that Scare Chord...
• Paranoia Fuel: The game clips for the daytime hunting map in Deadly Games has laser gunshots and shotguns reloading remixed into it. Both of those are weapons in Deadly Games.
• Player Punch: Newbie killing the army, mainly because he had been built up as an Anti-Hero up to that moment, and the game felt the need to prove that he had gone completely insane with his Roaring Rampage of Revenge. Downplayed, because nobody seems to care about it.
